WWU AIMC

In my senior year at WWU, I took an Independent Study called Applied Integrated Marketing Communications. In this class, we collaborated on a content calendar, managed and ran our own campaigns, worked in cross-functional teams, and created 85% of the content for the WWU Marketing Program’s social channels, blog posts, and owned media.

My group was able to increase watch times for videos on Instagram by over 100%, increase shares per content by a max 16 shares per post, and interviewed over 6 WWU students/faculty/alumni. Besides creating content, I also managed a team of 2 content creators. I organized weekly team meetings, edited content, and acted as the liaison between my group and the Marketing Program.

Over the course of 5 months, we were able to increase the WWU Marketing brand by over 1,364%. The Instagram account impressions grew by 41k, LinkedIn impressions by 12k, and FaceBook impressions by 1.4k.
